The Role:

Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Strategy
Define and evolve tone of voice and messaging architecture across diverse brand ecosystems
Build and execute insight-led content strategies that span brand, performance, and digital touchpoints
Lead monthly content planning, campaign frameworks, and multi-platform storytelling
Align copy and messaging with broader marketing goals and funnel strategies
Collaborate with strategists to refine audience personas, journeys, and campaign positioning
Creative Ideation & Copywriting
Write compelling, platform-native content for social media, paid ads, videos, influencer content, reels, websites, emailers, and more
Develop creative hooks, campaign ideas, and brand narratives rooted in business and cultural insights
Script short-form and long-form content including product films, explainers, and brand manifestos
Contribute to brand-building elements—naming, taglines, tone guides, and narrative design
Performance + Digital Alignment
Collaborate with performance teams to write high-converting copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Create funnel-specific content variations—awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting
Run A/B tests and optimize messaging based on campaign data and user behavior
Build modular frameworks for scalable content across formats
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead brainstorms, pitch creative ideas, and inspire integrated teams
Review and mentor junior copywriters and content creators
Partner with design, motion, and video teams for cohesive output
Create tone of voice guides, content SOPs, and reusable copy systems
Trendspotting & Innovation
Stay ahead of content and platform trends, from meme culture to UX content formats
Propose new content ideas, formats, and storytelling tools (like AI integrations or carousel logic)
Conduct content audits and competitor research to drive brand differentiation
Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or digital creative roles
Strong portfolio with a mix of brand campaigns, video scripts, digital ads, and social content
Clear understanding of content behavior across platforms and funnel stages
Ability to connect creativity with strategy and business goals
Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
Experience mentoring writers or leading creative projects is a plus
Industry versatility across tech, F&B, lifestyle, real estate, gaming, etc., is preferred
