Stuvio is hiring a Media Planner – Social + Performance Marketing with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in planning, buying, and optimizing paid media campaigns. Based in Navi Mumbai (Work From Office), this full-time position demands strategic thinking, platform fluency, and a results-driven mindset. The Role:

As a UX Writer at Stuvio, you will be responsible for shaping content that enhances usability, accessibility, and user delight. Working closely with designers, product managers, and developers, you will craft clear, concise, and consistent messaging that guides users through intuitive and meaningful experiences. Your words will help bridge design and function, making complex interfaces feel effortless and human.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others

  • Lead full-funnel media strategies—from awareness to retargeting

  • Allocate budgets effectively to meet performance goals (ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.)

  • Create detailed audience targeting strategies using first-party, behavioral, and lookalike data

  • Collaborate with creative and copy teams to optimize ad messaging and formats

  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and landing pages

  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and pacing

  • Deliver performance dashboards and actionable reporting to stakeholders

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, tools, privacy regulations, and ad tech trends

  • Coordinate with influencers and third-party media partners when needed

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years in digital media planning & buying with strong performance marketing experience

  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4

  • Strong understanding of KPIs: ROAS, CPM, CTR, CAC, etc.

  • Analytical thinking, solid forecasting ability, and hands-on campaign optimization

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Prior experience working on multiple client accounts or industries is a plus
