Every design we produce is rooted in strategy, storytelling, and substance. With creativity at our core, we ignite conversations, foster real connections, and deliver visuals that go beyond the expected to create lasting impressions.

The Role:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who brings bold ideas to life and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a core member of our creative team, you’ll craft visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms — from brand identities and marketing campaigns to social media, presentations, and UI visuals. Your work will help define and elevate the visual language of our clients and our own brand alike.

Responsibilities:

Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including digital ads, websites, presentations, social content, packaging, and print.

  • Collaborate closely with creative leads, strategists, and marketing teams to develop concept-driven visuals.

  • Translate ideas and messaging into visually compelling layouts, infographics, and illustrations.

  • Maintain consistency in visual storytelling while pushing boundaries of creativity and innovation.

  • Prepare final graphics for production across print and digital formats.

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to each project.

  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility, and usability standards.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas proactively to enhance creative output.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or XD is a plus.

  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Ability to take projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
